Chase Cunningham is an experienced litigation lawyer. He currently practices in the areas of wills, trusts and estate planning, general business, general real estate, landlord/tenant, criminal and civil litigation as well as family law. He received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2014, where he graduated in the top of his class. As such, he was named a member of The Honorable Society of Cooper’s Inn of Nashville School of Law for the highest attainments in the study of law.
In addition to a successful legal practice, Mr. Cunningham is also uniquely qualified with a real estate background. Since 2007 he has also actively maintained a real estate practice. He focuses primarily on the acquisition of residential and commercial rental property and continues to work as a real estate investor in conjunction with his law practice.
Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, he also possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Chase is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He lives with his wife, son, and three dogs in Brentwood, Tennessee.
